Hi, I'm Avery!
I started my photography journey in 2016, originally focusing on landscapes before discovering my passion for capturing people and their stories. Since then, I've had the privilege of photographing seniors, families, engagements, and weddings, always drawn to the genuine connections and emotions that make each moment unique.
When you work with me, you're working with me every step of the way. From the first inquiry to gallery delivery, I personally handle every part of the experience: planning, photographing, editing, and delivering your images.
I believe some moments are simply too precious to forget. My goal is to create natural, timeless photographs that allow you to relive those feelings for years to come. Whether it's a quiet glance, a burst of laughter, or a milestone worth celebrating, I'm here to preserve it authentically.
And don't worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera. I'll be right there beside you the whole time. I'll hype you up, fix the flyaways, guide you when needed, and make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me exploring everything Montana has to offer with my husband, my best friend who I met on Tinder! I was born and raised in Idaho and made the move to Bozeman, Montana. I share my home with two dogs, Gibbs and Ziva, and two cats, Ollie and Norman, who keep life anything but boring.
As a photographer, I am deeply organized and obsessed with the little details, because I know those are the things you will want to remember most. The glances, the laughs, the little things you did not even notice, I catch them all.
Outside of photography, I work as a licensed veterinary technician. It's a role that has deepened my appreciation for the little moments and connections that make life meaningful.

My process
Step 1 — Let's connect
Fill out my contact form and I will get back to you to confirm availability and chat through the details of your session.
Step 2 — Getting to Know You
I will send over a short questionnaire so I can learn more about what you are looking for and make sure we are the perfect fit.
Step 3 — Your Custom Quote
Once I have all the details, I will put together a personalized quote just for you.
Step 4 — Lock It In
I will send over your contract and invoice with your booking deposit. Once that is all taken care of, you are officially on my calendar!
Step 5 — Get Excited
We will plan everything together from location to styling so that all you have to do is show up and be yourself. I will guide you through every detail so you feel fully prepared and confident walking into your session.
Step 6 — Your Gallery Awaits
After your session I carefully edit every image and deliver them in a beautiful online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints to treasure for years to come.
